We stand behind our workmanship. If any issues arise due to application or product failure, we’ll take care of it promptly and professionally. Warranty length depends on the products used and the conditions your home is exposed to. For the best results and longest-lasting finish, we recommend using high-quality paints designed for durability in mountain environments. We commonly use trusted products like Sherwin-Williams, but we’re happy to work with your preferred materials.
Our warranty is based on doing the job the right way. Proper prep, quality materials, and correct application. If shortcuts are requested that affect the integrity of the project, we may not be able to offer the same level of warranty coverage. We’ll always be upfront about what’s covered so there are no surprises.
Our warranty covers workmanship-related issues such as peeling, chipping, blistering, or product failure under normal conditions. If an issue occurs, we will address and repair the affected areas as needed. Damage caused by external factors such as weather extremes, moisture intrusion, structural issues, or other conditions outside our control is not covered.
The lifespan of a paint or stain project in high-elevation environments varies due to intense sun exposure, moisture, and seasonal weather changes.
Exterior Paint (Standard Siding)
A high-quality paint job typically lasts 4–10 years depending on exposure, prep, and product selection.
Exterior Stain & Log Homes
Most stain finishes last 2–6 years, with high-exposure areas requiring maintenance sooner. Proper prep, product selection, and ongoing maintenance all play a major role in how long your finish will last.
Exterior (Mountain Conditions):
* Standard paint systems — 1 year warranty
* (SW) SuperPaint — 1 year warranty
* (SW) Latitude — 1 year warranty
* (SW) Duration — 2 year warranty
* (SW) Emerald — 2–3 year warranty
Interior:
All standard interior applications — 2 year warranty
Warranty coverage depends on proper surface preparation, product selection, and normal wear conditions.
Stain and log home finishes are considered maintenance coatings and are highly affected by sun exposure, moisture, and natural wood movement. Decks and railings experience heavy wear from foot traffic, weather, and seasonal conditions, which can significantly reduce the lifespan of any coating whether it's paint or stain. Due to these factors, no warranty is offered on stain applications, log homes, decks, or railings. We use high-quality products and proper preparation to maximize longevity, and we’re always happy to recommend a maintenance schedule to keep your surfaces looking their best.
We carry a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy to protect your home and everyone on the jobsite. Safety is always a top priority, and we take every precaution to prevent damage or injury. In the rare event something does happen, you can have peace of mind knowing you’re fully covered. Our insurance policy protects against accidents or damages that may occur during your project.
